She is survived by: her children, James Dale Pruett (Lamanda) and Tammy Harper (Brian); her siblings, James H. Padgett Jr. (Linda) and Charlotte Ann Sparks of Bowling Green, Kentucky.; and her grandsons, James Tyler Pruett of Bowling Green and Brandon Pruett of Bowling Green. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
