He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Moats (Ann); his parents, Herbert L. Moats and Dorothy M. Moats; his siblings, Herbert, Roger, Patricia, Venetta and Mickey; and his great grandchild Baylee Rae.
He is survived by: his children, Donny Moats (Cyndi) and Teresa Johnson (Kountry); and his great grandchild Brother Ricky Moats (Diane). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
