She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollie Powell and Virginia Mae Brooks Powell; her husband Garnett Harlow, Jr.; and her brother James Powell. She is survived by: her sons, Garnett Harlow III, Tim Harlow (Jennifer) and Matthew Harlow (Sharon); her grandchildren, Kindra Harlow Young (Jordan), Klarissa Harlow (Josh) and Sawyer Harlow; her siblings, Sandy Mann and Curtis Powell; and her great grandchildren, Ozzie Young, Bailey McBee, Jameson Millage and Cora Millage. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
