He was predeceased by: his mother Mable Lee Blankenship Scott; his son Joshua Scott; his sister Mary Sue South; and his granddaughter Averlee Scott. He is survived by: his father Calvin Jearle Scott of Adolphus, KY; his children, Chris Scott, Kevin Scott and Jessica York of Adolphus, KY; his brother Danny Scott (Linda) of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Alexis Scott, Korbin Patrick, Brison Mitchell, Abigayle Scott, Josh Scott, Jr., Kyson Scott, Ally Cascaden, Autumn Scott, Gunner Scott, Kinsleigh Scott, Timothy York and Rylee Meador; and his great grandchild Clayton Patrick.
