He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Mayhugh and Alta Lewis Mayhugh; his spouse Jonnie Moore Mayhugh; and his siblings, Leonard Mayhugh, Donetta Harrison and Irene Stradtner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Wheeler (Curtis) and Anita Wilson (Keith); his grandchildren, Kristie Hughes (Lee), Steven Wheeler, Chastidy Shoemake (TC) and Ariel Boyd (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Tyler Hughes (Haley), Leah Hughes, Brian Wheeler, Arabella Wheeler, Trystan Shoemake, Rhys Shoemake, Sam Shoemake, Ava Boyd and Laura Boyd; and his great great grandchild Hadlee Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
