He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Moore. He is survived by: his mother Martha Pearl Mansfield Moore; his children, Derek Moore and Kelly Stevenson; his close friend Barbara Norton; and his brothers, Stephen and Gary Moore. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
