He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Rogers and Archie Rogers; and his wife Phyllis June Runner Rogers. He is survived by: his children, David Rogers (Freida), Bobby Green (Stephanie), Robbie Richmond (Rob) and Lisa Rice (Jeff); and his grandchildren, April Rogers, Sherry Cordell, Krystal Richmond (Justin), Nick Richmond, Brad Rice (Hannah), Brittany Blount (Owen), Ashlyn Rice, Austin Green and Alli Rice. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
