He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Rowley and Erna Rowley (Bias); his former wife Mary Katheryn; his daughter Vickie Totten; and his siblings, Raymond Leroy Rowley, Paul Edward Rowley and Esta Kay Damron.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne (Martin); his daughters, Terry Bennett (Gary), Cynthia Walker (Paul) and Kathryn Rowley; his stepdaughter Gwen Oliver (Jerry); and his siblings, Frank, William Rowley, Erma Gay Miller and Mary Ann Clifton. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
