He is survived by: his wife Lola Cook; his children, James Earl Cook, Charles William Cook, Jr. (Felisha) and Sherita Hawkins; and his brothers-in-law, Louis Cobb, Howard Cobb (Loretha) and James Cobb. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
