He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Dale Neely. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Dianne Hentz Brown; his wife Alesha Dawn Neely; his son William "Scott" Neely; and his siblings, Gabriel Wade Thoms and Teri Neely Goodenugh (Mick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
