He was predeceased by: his parent Donnie Lee Porter Willoughby; and his siblings, Elvis, Edgar Willoughby, Geneviene Edwards and Norman Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Willoughby; his children, Stephanie Willoughby Green (Bobby) of Bowling Green and Jared Lee Willoughby (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brittany Green Blout (Owen) of Bowling Green, Victoria Hayden of Paducah, Austin Green and Duncan Willoughby (Martina) of Bowling Green; his great grandchild Willow Blount; and his brothers, Arlie Willoughby (Judy) of Caneyville and Willis Willoughby of Caneyville.
