He is survived by: his wife Debra Jane Todd Maxwell; his children, Joe Maxwell, Kathy Maxwell and Dawn Laczynski (Kenny); his grandchildren, Emalea, Joseph, Keaton, Kyra Maxwell and Mary Shaw; his great grandchild Amaya Bratcher; and his brother Alexander Maxwell (Sandra). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
