Devin leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Devin’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Devin will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his parents, Earl William and Berthaline Garrett (Manco); his wife Deborah Elaine Garrett (Herrin); his sons, Kyle Garrett and Dillion Garrett; his brother Jonathan Garrett (Annette); his cousin Brandon Manco; and his aunts, Shirley McIntosh (Jimmy) and Shelly Matthews (Russell).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jc Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the same location.
