He was predeceased by: his father Jack Miller; and his brothers, Harvey Miller, John Miller and Ted Miller. He is survived by: his wife Janice G. Miller of Bowling Green; his children, Steve Miller and Meredith Masquelette-Herren (Ben); his sister Marie Rivers; his grandchildren, Ashley Miller and Taylor Duff; his nibling Michele Smith (Josh); his great-niece Lydia Mae Smith; and his great-nephew Grant Smith.
