She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Manley and Elsie Manley; her husbands, Marshall Carter and Carlos Schneider; her siblings, Sue Manley, Eric "Bud" Manley and Charles "Sonny" Manley; and her sister-in-law Gladys Manley.
She is survived by: her son Terry Carter (Sheila); her grandchildren, Marshall Carter (Whitney), Jordan Carter (Helen) and Emily Causseaux (Brennan); her sister-in-law Betty Manley; and her stepchildren, Steve Schneider (Sheila) and Carla Valli (Steve). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
