She is survived by: her son Randy L. Lewis; her grandchildren, Lindsey Akin Marson, Stephanie Schubert, Brittany Akin Hilger and Stephen Lewis; and her sisters, Pam Cornwell and Sherri Shoulders. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
