The family announces the passing of Doris Faye Elmore of Bowling Green, Kentucky on October 14, 2026. Doris, born on January 11, 1938, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Thomas and Dorothy Marie Davis (Howell); her grandson Zach Woosley; and the father of her children Russell Riley. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Woosley (Barry) and Alan Riley (Gina); her brother Jerry Davis (Rosalind); her aunt Shirley Lockhart; her uncle Scott Howell; her grandchildren, Kayla Evans (Sam), Rachel Woody (Brendon) and Jake Riley (Kaeli); her great grandchildren, Eli Evans, Silas Evans, Lilah Evans, Mia Riley, Judd Riley and Barrett Woody; her nephews, Todd Davis and Tommy Davis; and her friend Teresa Sikes.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM.
