She was predeceased by : her parents, William Frymire and Edna Carter Barnes; and her sister Barbara Hale. She is survived by : her sister Patricia Hughes; her children, Sarah Brown (Martin), Matt Brown (Gillian), Becky Blackburn and Jordan Patrick; her grandchildren, Shelbie, Emma, Elly, Allison, Julia, William, Joshua and Jenna; her nieces and nephews, Aja, Mariah, Ashley, Amy, Grace, Lindsey and Walker. Her nicknames were Mimi, Dunky, & Doe.
