She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Eugene Ward and Flossie Alice Ward (Depp); her husband William "Bill" Stofer; her siblings, William Depp Ward and Florence Ward; and her son-in-law Fred Martin.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Cook Stofer, Jr. (Pamela) of Cave Creek, AZ, Bennie Ward Stofer (Kimmy) of Bowling Green, KY, Kathryn Stofer Martin of Hopkinsville, KY and Annie Lee Stofer Best of Hopkinsville, KY; and her sister Marilyn Ward Douthit of Punxsutawney, PA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
