It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Stanley of Bowling Green, Kentucky, born in Betsy Layne, Kentucky, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Combs and Hettie Gillam Combs; her husband Oscar Eugene Stanley; her siblings, Ghent, Dan Jack, Sam Paul Combs and Katie Damron; and her niece Connie Comb.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Wilkins (Edmund) of Bowling Green, KY. and Robert E. Stanley (Rosalind) of Pikeville; her granddaughters, Laura Wilkins of Louisville, KY and Natalie Scott (Jerry); her great grandchild Alice Scott; and her nieces, Dana Batten and Jan Tinnerman.
