She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mothers, Elsie Spencer and Edna Vibbert; her husband George Billingsley of Bowling Green; her children, Cynthia Hulsey, Barry Billingsley (Sandy) and Denise Russell (Bill); her grandchildren, Seth Hulsey, Adam Billingsley (Lauren), Shelby Clayton (Will), Will Billingsley (Allie), Spencer Russell, Bryce Russell and Jake Russell; her great grandchildren, Eloise Clayton, Quinn Clayton and Maggie Billingsley; her sister Brenda Kirk of Glasgow, KY; her son-in-law Dr. Tim Hulsey; and her brother-in-law Charlie Kirk. She was also cherished by the grandchildren anything her children.
