Elizabeth Bostick Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Bostick of Bowling Green, Kentucky, who passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, P. L. Sharer and Elizabeth Malone Sharer; her husband L. M. Bostick, Jr.; and her siblings, P. L. "Jay" Sharer, Jr. (Juanita) and Dee Sharer Par (Walter).
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Craig (Don), Lynn Scalf (Joe) and Matt Bostick (Loretta); and her grandchildren, Kim Lawton (Dale), Janet North (Brad), Christopher Scalf (Tonya), Gregory Scalf (Kristi) and Jason Bostick (Jennifer). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (1209 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Outreach Program, The Foundry or to the Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
