She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Sullivan and Bertha Glass Sullivan; and her husband James H. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Webster (Scot) of Morgantown, Pat Burch of Bowling Green and James T. (Tim) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Chris Green, Kimberly Brown, James R. Lewis, Doug Wandoff, Ryan Lewis and Caelin Burch; and her siblings, Robert Sullivan (Joy), Rayburn Sullivan, Edith Oquist and Shirley Cardwell. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and several cousins.
