It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Bower (Bowling Green, Kentucky), who passed away on March 16, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Esther Bower to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Bower and Eleanor Bower; and her brother Stephen. She is survived by: her siblings, David, Eleanor, Elizabeth and Ruth.
Contributions to the welfare of abused and neglected children across the Commonwealth of Kentucky; as well as, recognition from Western Kentucky University in 2005 as an Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Member in the College of Health and Human Services Department of Social Work.
