She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas Mitchell and Plinia Mitchell; her husband Harry, Sr.; and her siblings, Bill, Jack, Doug, Johnny and Mabel.
She is survived by: her children, Harry J. Monroe, Jr. (Lanette), Mike Monroe (Bonnie), Dee Rios and Troy Monroe; and her siblings, Martha, Russell, Tom and Jonas, Jr.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
