He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bartley and Jewell Bartley of Kingsport, TN; and his sons-in-law, Dewayne Baker and Jimmy Davis. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Gail Bartley; his children, Trey Bartley, Emma Bartley and Charity Davis; his grandchildren, Melrose of Maine, Dustin Baker (Brooke) and Payslee Davis; and his sisters, Belinda Meade and Lynne Bartley Mumea. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
