He was predeceased by: his father James Siddens; and his siblings, Beverly Bastin and Joe Graham. He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol Siddens (Haley); his daughters, Cindy Bush (Mike), Jennifer Johnson, Dawn Hawkins (Mike) and Melissa Bilyeu (Brian); his grandchildren, Justin Bush, Elliott Morris, Rylie, Trevor, Zane, Cade Hawkins, Lexis Walton, Hazel, Nash, Bo and Murphy Bilyeu; his great grandchildren, Austin, Lily, Tayden, Ashton, Kate and Henry; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Watson and Joann Haley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky or Woodburn Baptist Church.
