He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Spinks and Wilma Simmons Spinks; and his sister Audrey Spinks. He is survived by: his wife Sue Duff Spinks; his children, Melinda Russell, Amy Spinks, Brandy Delpino (Michael), Chelsie Kendall (Adam), Johnny Dunning (Michelle) and Shelley Wells (Anthony); his grandchildren, Macy, Jacob, Tyler, Coreena, Erin, Allison, Conner, Rowan, Michael, Jessie and Taylor; and his siblings, Steve Spinks (Linda), Larry Spinks, Nathan Spinks (Robin), Andy Spinks, Mark Spinks (Tammy) and Janice McDonald (Terry). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
