In loving memory of George Michael Murphy (Bowling Green, Kentucky), who departed this world on December 11, 2025 at the age of 72. George leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Murphy and Carlotta Murphy; his brother John Joseph Murphy III; and his in-laws, Charles and Bernadine Morehead.
He is survived by: his spouse Mickeye Morehead Murphy; his children, Nancye Carter (Todd), Sarah Ford (Neel) and Cole Murphy (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Sutton, J. Mac, Wynn, Harper, Julia, Ellis and Wells; his sisters, Margaret Hilsmeier (Allen) and Pam Baldock (Donald); and his sister-in-law Shirlyn Makar (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
