He is survived by: his son Jason A. Smith of Speicher, Germany; his sister Deborah Hernandez of Kingman, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Crain (Dexter), Ronnie Myers and Terry Myers (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
