He is survived by: his wife Kathie Yager Perkinson; his sons, Clint Perkinson (Brandi) and Clay Perkinson (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Demi Troutman (Zachary), Cade Perkinson, Jordyn Murphy-Perkinson, Jaxyn Perkinson, Alex Perkinson, Tate Perkinson, Celie Perkinson, Adalyn Perkinson, Brileigha Perkinson, J. Oakes Perkinson and Ethan Perkinson; and his great grandchild Rhea Isabel "Izzy" Troutman.
