He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Qualls. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer "Staples" Stevens; and his children, Dillon Rager (Karli), Dalton Baize and Grace Stevens (Bradlye Parker).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
