We are sad to announce that, on September 6, 2022, at the age of 93, Herbert Smith Jr. of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Smith, Sr. and Ruby Hendrick Smith; his wife Barbara Duncan Smith; his siblings, James Smith and Jean Tuttle; and his son-in-law Rodney Biggs.
He is survived by: his children, Reeca Lindsey, Bruce Smith (Angie) and Beth Lawrence (Van); his grandsons, Jason Lindsey, Josh Biggs (Kaitie), Mark Biggs (Kayla) and Jonathan Biggs (Faith); and his sister Janice Britt (Billy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to Bethel United Methodist Church.
