He is survived by: his mother Nancy Douglas (Malcolm); his wife Hillory Moore; his brothers, Jason Borden and Jerod Borden (Becky); his stepsister Lisa Vaughn; his children, Michaela Moore York, Joshua Moore, Mick Moore, Dallas Crader (Rachael), Caleb Moore, Zach Moore (Jennifer) and Cullen Moore; and his grandchildren, Taylor York, Maddox York, Cance Moore, Kenzie Moore, Easton Moore, Bennett Crader, Lynnlee Crader, Brody Moore, Tate Moore and Ainsley Moore.
