With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Yowell of Bowling Green, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on May 19, 2025 at the age of 56, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Clara Denison; his grandparents, George, Lyda Saunders, Joe and Verdenia Rust; his great-aunt June Rountree; his cousins, Arlene Rountree, John Rountree and Casey Quinn; and his close friend Steve Combs.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Yowell; his wife Lynette Yowell; his parent J. M. Yowell (Mac); his children, James M. Yowell, IV (Sidni) of Auburn and Ashlee Yowell (Zach Earls) of Middlesboro; his sister Lisa Hines (Vince) of Cumming; his grandchildren, James M. Yowell V, Jaslynn Gregory, Jaxon Gregroy and Jaylee Gregory; and his aunt Pat Snapp (Brian).
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Team Kentucky Storm Relief Fund in memory of James M. (Jamie) Yowell III to help the victims of the tornadoes that occurred on Friday, May 16, 2025.
