He is survived by: his wife Susan Mikalonis; his children, Courtney, Julianne, Jeffrey III and Christopher Mikalonis; his parents, Jeffrey Mikalonis and Margaret Sanford; and his siblings, Rosemarie Fisher (Jonathan), Daniel Mikalonis, Joanida Mikalonis (Julian), Holly and Timothy Mikalonis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
