He is survived by: his wife Kecia Gibbs Whittaker; his daughters, Ashley Cooper (Brian) and Alexis Whittaker (Dakota Talley); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Aidan, Isabelle Cooper and Leo Talley; and his brother Jackie Whittaker (Sybil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
