She is survived by: her children, Dan Martin (Stephanie) of Bowling Green, KY, John Martin of Evansville, IN and Rebecca Witt (Ken) of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Laura Witt (Jimmy Stevenson) of Shelbyville, KY, Adam Witt (Heather) of Lexington, KY, Zachary Martin (Lauren) of Bowling Green, KY, Luke Martin of Bowling Green, KY and Caroline Martin of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
