It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joe Alan Dillard of Bowling Green, Kentucky, born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Robert and Mae Thomas Dillard; his daughter Jodi Ann Dillard; his brothers, Bob Dillard Sr. and Jack R. Dillard; and his nephew Brent Dillard.

He is survived by: his children, Chad Alan Dillard and Dana Rae Faxon (David); his sister Janice Dillard Edds (Gerry); his grandchildren, Megan Shea Rainville (Devin) and Jacob Kevin Sanson; his great grandchild Chase Rainville; his nephews, Bob Dillard Jr. (Shelly), Randy Dillard (Cindy), David Parks, Steven Edds (Ashli) and Eric Edds (Abby); his niece Ginger McGee (Jason); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tori McGuire (Will), Bobby Dillard, Cole Dillard, Grayson Edds, Nolan Edds, Cece Edds and Brady Edds; and his close friend Lisa Salmon.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to be made to the Family Enrichment Center.
