He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Motley and Waif Motley (Hogan); his wife Darlene Motley (Holman); and his siblings, Barbara Allen and Robert Motley.
He is survived by: his children, Leigh Anne Massey (JV) and Ron Taylor (Erin); and his grandchildren, Corey Massey (Sarah), Levi Taylor and Carolina Mae Taylor. He is also survived by his family as he was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and/or Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Joe's memory.
