He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Henry Barnard, Sr. and Lucille Morris Barnard; and his brother Jake Bernard, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Barnard (Shelia) and Brian Barnard (Cammie); his granddaughters, Morgan Barnard Henderson (Zach) of Bowling Green, KY and Emily Barnard of Bowling Green, KY; his sister Carolann May (Gary) of Elkhorn, KY; and his pets, Addie and Mia. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
