It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Payne (Bowling Green, Kentucky), who passed away on March 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Payne and Mayme Payne (Gregory); and his sisters, Susan Dalton and Betty Bisbee Born. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jason Brooks (Angela) and Sheri Akins (Brad); and his wife Sheryl. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the John B. Payne Scholarship Fund at Independence Bank.
