He was predeceased by: his parents, John Douglas and Bernice King Douglas; his grandparents, Davis, Annie King, Velie and Sallie Douglas; his aunts and uncles, Neal Douglas, Harold Douglas, Albert King, Earl King, Pauline Hays, Christine Douglas, Elizabeth Madison, Myrl Frye and Emily Kitchens Devore; and his nephew Butch Bundy.
He is survived by: his nephew Kevin Bundy; his cousins, Rick Douglas (Carol), Sally Appleby (David), Tommy Kitchens (Peggy) and Georgia May Martin; and his adoptive son Ryan Marcum (David Roberts).
