He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Ann O'Neal Carter of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Jason Carter (Claresa) of Scottsville, KY and DeAnn West Marquez (Randy) of Scottsville, KY; his uncle Danny Carter; his aunts, Nancy Jones (Glen) and Malinda Davis (Michael); and his siblings' children, Landon Marquez, Biankah Carter, Selena Marquez and Kylee Marquez.
