He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Paradowski; his children, Richard Maxwell of Anna, Paul Maxwell (Angela) of Tuscon, Thomas Maxwell of Anna and Maria Partridge (Mark) of Smiths Grove; his brothers, Alexander Maxwell (Sandra) of Alvaton and David Maxwell (Debra) of Anna; and his grandchildren, Megan, Lauren, Robbin, Joseph, Tyler, Cody, Tosha, Erin, Victoria, Gracie, Olivia, Xander, Christopher, Hayden, Korbin, Kevin, Camila, Taytum, Cathrine, Logan, Bella, Amelia, Braycen and Gracelyn.
