She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ray and Coy Cook Houck; her husband Joseph Charles'J. C.' Janes; and her brothers, William R.'Buddy' and Tommy Houck.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Janes (Patricia), Michael Janes (Jill) and Kim Taylor (Joel); her grandchildren, Adam Janes, Kristen Janes, Joseph Ryan Janes and Jake Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Aubree and Andrew. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bowling Green Gardens (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
