He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Burch and Edna Burch; his wife Barbara Gagel; his daughter Kelly Burch; and his brothers, Daniel, George "Buddy", Eugene, Bruce and Jerry.
He is survived by: his son Kevin (Dodi McCloud); his granddaughters, Chelsea Dyer (Nathan) and Mackenzie Thomas (Lorne); and his great grandchild Leighton (Dyer).
