She was predeceased by: her mother Amy Lee Annis; her grandfathers, Raymond Cordell Thomas and David Annis; and her stepgrandmother Bertie Hood. She is survived by: her father Jeremy Coles Thomas; her grandmothers, Betty Moore of Auburn, Maternal and Patricia Annis of Russellville; her brother Clayton Woodward of Russellville; her aunt Cathy Bromlow of Russellville; and her uncles, Jeff Thomas (Sally) of Auburn and Mike Thomas (Lori) of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee..
The family asks that donations be made to the Oak Grove Baptist Church Youth Fund.
