She is survived by: her children, Jason Thomas (Beth), Mason Hamilton (Karla), Elise Charny and Holly Combs (Kaleb); the fathers of children, Mathew Schmidt, Denny Hamilton and Ricky Pierce; her grandchildren, Ethan Thomas, Kirbee Hamilton, Emmy Thomas, Ryan Combs, Eleanor Charny and Aubree Combs; her siblings, Artie Thomas (Shelley) and Myra Deaton (Billy); and her close friend Jesus. She is also survived by her nieces, nephew.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
