He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ernest Hilary "E. H."; his siblings, Lana Francis Chilton and Robert "Bobby" Dennis Hall; his wife Shirley Ann Hall; his daughter Tish Hall Say (Alex); his grandchildren, Samantha and Rory Say; his brother Ernest "Ernie" Hilary Hall, Jr. (Trina); his stepmother Fayetta C. Hall; his aunt Ruth Williams; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Chilton and Phil Magan. He was also cherished by cousins, nephews and nieces, and grand-nephews and grand-nieces.
